INTRO BY THE PRESIDENT
Welcome to La ChainTech, the French association for blockchain and cryptoassets professionals.
Since its creation in 2015, the association has offered to the French community a voice that has managed to get heard in the public debate, and has brought together major players of the blockchain and cryptoassets ecosystem.
Through the various position paper on regulation, parliamentary and blockchain and cryptoassets working groups, the association has built a solid reputation, driven by the quality work of its 300+ active members and the vision it promotes.
Our vision is that of a new digital economy, the Internet of Value, driven by public blockchains and cryptoassets. Without denying the interest of private blockchains (or DLT), we see them as incremental innovation, in contrast with public blockchains and cryptoassets which are the real breakthrough innovation.
We are also convinced that these new technologies represent a major technological challenge and a promising economic sector for France and Europe, if we decide and manage to seize this opportunity.
Joining us allows you to participate in the construction of this new digital economy, to make your voice heard at high-stake decisionary levels, take part in the development of the regulatory framework of tomorrow, but also discover what lies behind the scenes of blockchains and cryptoassets and tie bonds with the ecosystem.
